Entrepreneurial Head of Sales

We are seeking a smart, passionate individual with prior experience in building a high-performing sales organization. Our customers are Enterprises, Professional and International Associations based in Switzerland, Germany, Netherland, UK, France regions to start.

Job Description

• Directly responsible for building a sales team from scratch.
• Be part of the senior executive team to help refine the go-to-market strategy.
• Building the sales processes and infrastructure to support the rapid growth.
• Lead the marketing team till the head of marketing is hired.
• Maintain strong, developed relationships with customer's C-Level executives.
• Be the voice of our customer and be their champion internally.
• Act as the company’s main spokesperson on the various industry forums.
• Responsible for creating sales and marketing plans, and identifying the market fit/segment.
• Develop strategies and manage sales programs that drive demand for our products.

• Must possess strong Communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Salary packaging: Base salary plus Commission on generated business (Cash and/or Equity)
